A once used envelope, pre-used bubble wrap or an ugly old box may seem like we don't care but it is important to us to all work together in creating a more beautiful world.

By using as much recycled quality packaging as possible we can keep our costs down and reflect this in our prices.

Terms and Conditions

We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a full refund with no questions asked, provided you return it to us within 28 days*. Please tell us your reasons for returning the items as we value your comments. We check all goods before they leave our premises but, should there be damage in transit, please telephone us immediately on:

If you change your mind after completing your order, simply e-mail us explaining that you don't want to proceed. In any case we guarantee to give you a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 28 days. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur, and cannot be refunded. Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item.

Once an order has been placed we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, nor does it guarantee that all items are available at the prices shown in the confirmation. However, in the event of there being any discrepancy in price, or should any product be no longer available we will telephone you, or send you an e-mail to explain the position and to ask for your instructions. We will not vary your order without your agreement.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Tots and Tiddlers Toys has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time and all prices include VAT where appropriate.

1. Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties, (you and Tots and Tiddlers Toys) subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Tots and Tiddlers Toys has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this web site, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this web site and so, therefore, cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tots and Tiddlers Toys disclaims all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this web site and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.
