As an agent for Tots And Tiddlers Toys‚ you must always aim to represent us in a professional‚ honest and responsible way.
This includes dealings with the company‚ customers and other agents.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if we believe you have breached any of these terms and conditions.
You are an independent agent‚ not an employee and will assume sole liability for all self-employment‚ income taxes etc.
You will agree to not publish or post any material on the Internet or in any publication regarding the company without prior approval from Tots And Tiddlers Toys.
All marketing and promotional literature must be approved by us and permission sought prior to advertising including online advertising.
You must not register or use a website (domain name) which could be confused with the Company name - Tots And Tiddlers Toys.
Tots And Tiddlers Toys may release any independent agents name and telephone number in response to a customer query in their area for example if the enquiry was a request to book a party. (Contact us prior to signing this agreement if you do not wish us to do this.)
All monies‚ credit card details and customer information is taken on behalf of Tots And Tiddlers Toys and cannot be used by an agent for any other purpose.
Agents will incur the cost of any travel‚ telephone/internet expenses related to working as an agent.
All customer details must be given to Tots And Tiddlers Toys although you can keep your own client address book should you wish.
Orders placed by an agent must come to the value of £85 or more, keep this in mind when booking events and parties so you the agent meet your requirements and avoid delays in delivering your goods to your customers.
Requests for orders under this amount will be considered and we will charge the agent postage fees.
It is your responsibility as an agent to submit orders on a regular basis as delay in submitting orders will result in delay in delivery to you and subsequent delivery to the customer.
It is your responsibility as an agent to ensure that all information relating to an order is passed on to head office correctly.
Tots And Tiddlers Toys items must only be sold at the price set by the company and not sold for discount prices unless approved or advised by the company.
Tots And Tiddlers Toys products are not to be sold by agents on EBay or any other website or auction/boot sale etc.
Tots And Tiddlers Toys may change retail prices‚ descriptions‚ discounts and commissions at any time advising of these changes in writing.
All commission payments will be direct to the agent once a month.
The agent agrees that the decision to enter into this agreement has been taken on personal judgement and agrees that no inducement or promise‚ express or implied‚ has been made or relied upon in entering into this agreement.
We have advised you that it is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
Tots And Tiddlers Toys reserves the right to refuse an application.
Agents receive commission at the rate of 20% on all orders.
In your party kit there is a cross selection of girls, boys and unisex wooden toys‚ games and gifts suitable for babies, toddlers and pre schoolers. This has been put together with great thought - allowing you to create a good visual display. It also includes a media pack including catalogues ,order forms, business cards, flyers and party invites and more – enough to do at least your first 3 parties.
All additional stationery is available to purchase at reduced cost or in some cases can be printed by yourselves and details will be provided in your welcome pack.
It is within your rights to return the demonstration (Party Pack) kit within 14 days and cancel this agreement. However‚ the goods must be unused and in perfect condition.
