Are there any sales targets?
No, absolutely not. You decide when you work and how much you would like to earn.

How many parties do I need to have?
The simple answer is as many as you want too! We don't stipulate that you have to do a certain amount of parties. You may even prefer to sell just using the catalogues or maybe you prefer selling at local fetes and fairs. However we find that parties generate good sales and the minimum outlay means your profits are higher.

How do I get started?
All you have to do is either order your party pack online or contact us to talk more about becoming an agent.

Do I have to pay for the host offer or anything towards the host offer?
It is our policy that the host of the party receives 10% of the party sales to be deducted from their own order at the end of the party and if the party sales are over £50 we also say thank you by giving them a £10 credit to deduct from their order as well.

This does not come out of your 20%.

This is subject to change as we run seasonal promotions offering the host special offers on selected toys.

What are the commission rates?

We pay 20% commission from each party/event you do. Your customers pay you, and then you place the order either by sending us an email which we will confirm receipt of or simply call us by telephone. You then need to bank all monies before we will release any order to you. Your commission is then paid monthly too you.

Do I get any training and support?
We are always here to help you along the way and we will fully support you, we will be launching a facebook group just for agents so it will be by invite only allowing the content to remain private. It is here we can cover topics through to tips and you can also engage in discussions with other agents, sharing your ideas and parties etc.

You are not required to attend meetings or training events but you can of course meet up with other agents who are near you, and share events together and help each other out. We aim to build a friendly team and believe in working together.

Are there any Tots And Tiddlers Toys agents near me already?
It's unlikely there are many agents in your immediate area as we have only just launched the option of being an agent with us. We have an ethos of working together rather than being in competition with any agents nearby, but as we grow we may give agents areas if there are several in any one area. How often does a new catalogue come out and can I buy them in bulk?
We have just launched our first catalogue so do not know when the next one will be printed, it is likely to be every year to take into account new product realeases, price changes etc...

You will receive some catalogues with each of the starting kits, after that you have to purchase more so it is advised to try and not let your customers take the catalogues away.

We offer a full electronic version through our website that you can share freely with everyone!

Is there an age limit?
Yes, you will need to be 18 years old or over.

Can I sell on eBay or at boot sales?
No, you can't sell on auction sites or at boot sales. Please click here to see our terms and conditions for more details.

Are agents only busy at Christmas?
No, our agents sell toys all year round, there is always a birthday and a present needed. The busiest time of year is autumn leading through to Christmas, although we do hold sales and these can also be a great time to take orders. Once you have built up a local customer base, you will find people come to you to place orders regularly.

Am I employed or self-employed as an agent?
You are not employed by Tots And Tiddlers Toys. This may mean you need to register as self-employed. We advise you to see the www.hmrc.gov.uk website and declare your earnings.

Do I get a bonus if I recruit a new agent?
We offer a £20 voucher which can be redeemed against our toys either for yourself or to build your kit more or on items that can be chosen for prizes etc – this is for every person you recommend who then signs up as an agent and purchases the starting base kit.
