By using as much recycled quality packaging as possible we can keep our costs down and reflect this in our prices.
Delivery & Postage Information
Standard UK delivery to mainland addresses is £4.95 per order, please keep in mind that this may seem high but wooden toys are heavy. In most cases this flat rate does not cover the cost of your order, we strive to keep costs as low as possible and hopefully you will see the cost of our toys shows that.
We are happy to post outside of the UK but please contact us first for a quote, we will be happy to advise as this varies and depends on weight and size of order.
(Please do not just select UK delivery as we will not be able to process the order)
We can send orders by Next Day Courier which will benefit those who need items urgently and for the larger items & orders, please give us a call or email us.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of ordering but preferably same day where possible but during busy times please allow 3-5 working days - please note this is not applicable to Weekends and Public Holidays.
Postage and packaging - Is charged according destination and is normally deivered by Royal Mail but we have the right to change our method of delivery at any time. Packages will be posted to the shipping address on the order - We can not change destination addresses by e-mail.
Next Day Courier Delivery - Cost effective for larger orders - UK only.
Only Available Mon-Fri for orders placed before 5pm - orders will be booked in for courier collection the following morning for delivery the next day to you, sometimes it is possible to get a same day collection and we will endevour to achieve this when a customer selects Next Day so you receive your parcel promptly but we cannot guarentee this. Orders placed on a Fri after our last collection will be delivered on the Tuesday as there is an additional surcharge for a Saturday Collection/delivery of £26 which is excessive.
Collection From Our Premises - Available please contact us first, we may also be able to deliver locally within a 10 mile radius.

If you have any problems with damaged items during transit please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Stock
The products on our website reflect what is currently in stock, our aim is to ensure that this is as accurate and up to date at all times. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock we will contact you via email or telephone and advise the revised dispatch date. Should you wish to change or cancel your order at this stage then we will be pleased to action this for you.
Failed Deliveries
Your order is generated and processed via your own entries into our web site ordering system.
Incomplete addresses, typographical,spelling or any errors made by you in completion of this process may result in non delivery. We cannot refund or assist where the error is generated by incorrect information being supplied by the client at the point of order.
Returns and Refunds policy
- 1. The item(s) must be packed in the original branded packaging/box with all branded promotional materials intact including inner packaging and labels.
- 2. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were when despatched to you.
- 3. Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will not sustain any damage.
- In most cases you should be able to re-use the external packaging we used to send your order.
- 4. We recommend that you use a trackable/insured method of returning the parcel to us. (Recorded delivery, special delivery)
- 5. Before returning items, please contact us for a return authorisation number and returns shipping address. Goods must be returned within 7 days of us providing this information.
- 6. When returning goods, please included the following information:
- 7. Once received and checked, the sale price will be refunded immediately via the method you paid.
- 8. Please note that customers wishing to return non-faulty items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost. The original post and packing costs will also not be refunded under these circumstances.
- 9. In the unlikely event your item is faulty please contact us immediately. In these circumstances, on receipt of the parcel we will refund the original post and packing costs and the return postage.
- 1. Tots And Tiddlers Toys abides by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, which gives you the right to cancel your order.
- 2. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. Notification must be received within 7 days from the day after which you received your order.
- 3. If written notice of cancellation is received prior to your order being despatched, you will be refunded in full via the method you paid.
- 4. If you have already received your order, all goods must be returned to us if you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. Once received and checked, the sale price will be refunded immediately via the method you paid.
- 5. Please note that unless an item is faulty, customers will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
- 6. Once we have provided you with a return authorisation number please adhere to our returns policy.
